I am David Smith, and I’m a husband, father of two grown sons, and dog parent to a very strong willed French Bulldog.
After retiring from a 29 year career with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, I now have the time to focus exclusively on my photography.

I became interested in photography when my youngest son was playing high school football.
What started out as a simple interest in capturing a few action shots of my son, turned into a passion.
I now shoot sports as a freelance photographer for CBS MaxPreps..
