At the age of five he began his dance training with his Grandma, Linda Brown who received her Ballroom training through Arthur Murray Studios in St.

By the age of nine David was performing Ballroom dances from Mambo/Salsa to East coast Swing and Waltz.
David was raised in a dancing family with three of his four siblings involved in dance..

David currently competes at the ALL STAR level in West Coast Swing.
