Detailed description is At DARE2B:FIT we are a kickboxing & strength program Monday - Saturday! We offer 6 classes a day Monday - Friday with times being: 5, 6, 9 am, noon, 4:30 & 5:30 pm and Saturday 7 & 8:30am only.
First 3 classes free drop by any class to check us out!! Dare2B:fit is an intense, challenging fitness program.
We offer Kickboxing, Strength Training, 3-Fitness Assessments, and Nutrition planning.
Kickboxing is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5am, 6am, 9am, Noon, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm.
Strength Training is held Tuesday's and Thursday's at 5am, 6am, 9am, Noon, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm.
