My personal training sessions run for 45 minutes, this is perfect if you are time poor and would like to just get in, warmed up, pushed through a session, stretched down yet still learn why you're doing the exercises and how to perform them correctly..
Helping individuals all over the shire from children, to adults, to athletes and both men and women to feel fitter, healthier and stronger my sessions are guaranteed to leave you in a positive mood, clear head space and sometimes struggling to get down the stairs ;) .

My 45 minute training is programmed to incorporate high-intensity, resistance, plyometric, weight incorporated and mobility work to ensure we are improving in all areas of training and recovery.
