We offer both Hourly rehearsal and recording and Monthly .

Hourly Rehearsal Rates: $10 per hour and only $10 for a recording of your session (2 hour minimum for recording).
Our place is designed to accommodate a full group up to 6 people in comfort..

Monthly Room Rental: This is a climate controlled, commercial building, with safe and ample parking.
We have a 24 hour security system in place.
You get access to your room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!!! Each room has soundproofing and ample electric.
Also included are the standards of free Wi-Fi, lobby access, private bathroom, outside private deck access.
Monthly rooms do not provide instruments..
