Just over a year ago, four of us started training in our garage and in the street.
We didn’t really know what we were doing when we got started, but were fortunate to meet PC (one of the founders), a CrossFit level one trainer.
Through thoughtful programing, focus on the correct movements, and unnerving determination, the results have been remarkable.
In the beginning we struggled with classic movements like pull-ups and push-ups, but have since improved quickly, now tackling challenging movements like the overhead squat and Olympic lifts on a daily basis.
This innovative atmosphere has inspired us to take the next step and expand our community by launching CrossFit Willowbend.
Our mission is to change people’s lives through functional fitness and build a stronger community..
