A Huge fan of 'The Man From Snowy River' and good coffee - Craig decided to blend his two passions together! Craig and his Father in-law Tom Burchell built the Hut themselves using recycled iron and timbers from an old 1940’s circa dairy in Longwarry.
Craig spent a long time searching for “just the right look” saying “it’s amazing how difficult it was to find recycled materials that would fit the theme but weren’t weathered beyond repair”.
