Detailed description is I sell high quality minky fabric.
Welcome to my online Cozy Fabric Shop.
I am based out Redcliff, Alberta, Canada (outside of Medicine Hat).
I am excited to start this up, as I know many of you share the same love for minky fabrics that I do.
I have a wide variety of minky fabrics available and am always adding new ones to my collection.
Please read all the info below prior to making your order.
Unfortunately this business is run solely online and is not set up like a fabric shop where you can view and touch your fabrics.
I only purchase the highest quality of minky fabrics available.
Please do ask where I purchase my fabrics from, just remember that you are getting amazing prices in Canada and are supporting CDN!! If you are concerned about colors matching, please ask questions on the fabric photos that you are trying to match up and I will do my best to help you out or continue reading about ordering some swatches..

Quantities:.
The smallest cut I will make is a half yard (18 inches).
All my prices are based on a full yard (36 inches), so a half yard would be 50% of that price.
I cut all my fabrics straight off bolts, so if you request 3.5 yards, you will receive one piece that is 3.5 yards in length.
There may be sometimes where I am at the end of the bolt and I might have to cut two separate pieces; however, I will always notify you prior to cutting..

Minky Fabric Options:.
Quantities can vary on a day to day basis, as I also run a blanket making shop too which I sell a large quantity of minky items.
I will do my best to keep my albums up to date.
I will notify you prior to you purchasing your fabric order if I have all the fabrics in the quantities you requested.
*Please note that some of the prints are directional, so please read the comments under the listing so that you are aware of this prior to ordering so you receive that right amount of fabric for your projects.

Wanting something that I don't have in stock?.
If I do not have a fabric that you are interested in, feel free to send me a message with the name and designer of the fabric and I can look into it; however I cannot guarantee that I will be able to bring it in and there will most likely be a special order charge.
I primarily carry minky fabrics.
I may have a cotton album of a few prints that I am willing to sell..

Shipping:.
I ship via Canada Post express post with tracking.
Shipping can get pricey in Canada, so I have decided to offer a $12 flat rate shipping, in Canada.
This means that if your order is $20 or $300, you will be charged a flat rate of $12.
(*** Some conditions may apply) This could also change without notice, but this is the way I will start out.
Locals can pick up and avoid paying any shipping charges..

Payment:.
I accept e-mail money transfer as my main payment option as there are no fees.
If you are unable to pay via e-mail money transfer, I will accept paypal, however there is a 3 % fee that is charged to your bill.
GST will be added on to ALL Canadian orders, cash or e-mail transfers..

Ordering Process:.
1) Please look through all my albums to see all the fabrics that I offer.
Please comment under the fabric with the yardage you would like to purchase.
Once you have chosen all your fabrics, please send the page a message with your shipping info.
I will give you a final quote with fabric cost, shipping cost and gst.
I will let you know if all fabrics are in stock before you pay.
You must pay prior to me cutting your fabric..

2) Once payment has cleared and fabric has been cut, you will receive Canada Post tracking info or info of when to pick up your order if you are local..

Swatches:.
I offer swatches for a low cost to purchase on etsy.
I encourage you to order swatches if you are concerned with matching a color, texture and size of print, etc..

Returns:.
I do NOT accept returns on cut fabric.
If an incorrect fabric or defective fabric has been sent, I will exchange it at my cost.
