G-J has been producing great tasting beef for a decade.
Our calves are born and raised on our farm, nestled in the hills of Cromwell, Okla.
We know the family tree of each of the calves.

Our calves are all natural and hormone free.
They do not receive any antibiotics or growth hormones.
If a calf becomes ill, it is treated then taken out of the all-natural program.

The calves are grass fed and grain finished, and are processed at 500 pounds.

G-J began raising poultry in 2010 per customer request.
Baby chicks come from The Country Hatchery in Wewoka, OK on the day they are born.
They are fed a multigrain diet, along with grass and bugs.

The chickens are kept on the farm for 12 weeks before they are processed.

Organic processing takes place at USDA plant in Tahlequah, OK.

During processing, the chickens are not sprayed with harsh chemicals before they are packaged, but a vinegar and water mixture.
