The aim of Counseling cell is to offer guidance and counselling services to students, Psychological consultancy in the areas of teacher training, crisis intervention, referrals and planning psychological interventions for holistic development of students and teaching community.The aim of the cell is to offer guidance and counselling services to the students and psychological consultancy to the teachers ,school administrators and other stakeholders.

Besides its primary role of guiding and counselling students the cell is actively engaged in child protection against abuse of any kind..

In order to encourage and facilitate the students to seek help in a confidential and trustworthy manner a tentative helpline (proposed to be strengthened in near future) in form of an Email-Id,contact number and whatsApp number(Same as contact number) [counsellingcelldsej@gmail.com, 09419210200] is hereby constituted to address the psychological issues of students.
Problems can be either E-mailed to receive alternative solutions or can be communicated directly on phone by seeking prior appointment.
