La intención de la investigación, producción y creación de "Corromper el Alma" tiene como objetivo principal visibilizar a la trata de personas como temática principal, frente a una sociedad que poco sabe verdaderamente sobre las redes de prostitución.
Elegimos y creemos en el teatro como una herramienta de transformación social y concientización, es por eso que utilizamos este lenguaje en confluencia con las artes plásticas y la música para poder acercar nuestra mirada sobre esta problemática que nos interpela..
La obra se centra en la figura de Indiana, una mujer joven que es ingresada a la red del tráfico de personas, por sus propios padres, Cristina y Alberto , quienes además son participes y dueños de una red de trata en su propio pueblo.
A partir de esta situación, la obra transcurre desde la mirada de la protagonista, en una vorágine que va dando cuenta del entramado en donde se ve implicada, y dejando ver las pasiones humanas, en situaciones límites, movidas en cada acción.
