Note that there eight ¼” jacks on the front of the Di400.
The bottom four are plugged, and the top four are the inputs.

A Soundcraft 12 Channel Mixer.
It is completely analog, with no effects, but has EQ, etc.
As noted above, it feeds the PA system directly.
Its first four inputs are the four outputs of the BBE Di400, and the its second four inputs are the four mics, which are color coded to the inputs.
The mics are switched, so make sure the switches are where you want them when you set up.
The last four inputs, are open, and can accept either balanced mic or unbalanced line-level inputs, so you can plug in your additional inputs here.
Note that if you plug a line level device into one of the first four inputs on the mixer, you will be doubling the level of noise on that input..
