Kim Duke, owner and founder of Core Performance, is a NETA certified personal trainer.
She started her business many years ago with a passion to spread her love of life, nutrition, and fitness to as many people as possible.
She originally opened her studio in Ellicottville's 1887 Building, but as her client list began to grow and the need for group fitness became more demanding, she realized she needed more space.
So she moved her business to a new studio with a group fitness space to Bristol Lane (located off of Fillmore Avenue).

Currently, Kim employs 5 instructors (all NETA certified) and offers locals and visitors of Ellicottville personal training tailored to each client's individual needs and a wide range of group fitness classes: yoga, pilates, strength and training, cross fit, ab lab, and much more!
