We meet every second Wednesday for a night of jewelry classes, gemstone cutting/polishing and socializing..
The Coolgardie Gem & Mineral Club now has a membership of over 250 and as it is the only recreational fossicking club of its kind in the Goldfields region .
We promote the collection, identification of rocks and minerals including gold, and making of them into jewellery.
Besides numerous small events and field days our club has put on large events in the past including the Coolgardie Jazz & Gems Festival The Australian Metal Detecting Championships and Coolgardie Gold & Gem Festival..
