Not everyone can work out at the times that are normally regulated so we have solved your dilemma.
We are now open 24hrs from 5am Monday till 8pm Saturday and on Sunday we are open from 8am till 6pm.
You will have access to all our gym, exculding our pilates studio.
The club will be supervised at all times.
You will be able to use all our weights, cardio equipment, squash courts and showers.
Breakfast will also be available, so you can work out before work whatever time you start..
