Compass Rose sources Texas fruit from growers in our original home of Mason County to produce small batch #TxWine.
We also work with growers in the High Plains and elsewhere in the state to present a tidy lineup of interesting red and white wines, including a port or madeira style finisher we call the Iron Spike.
Our young winemaker, Tony Offill, hails from McPherson Cellars in Lubbock and is quickly establishing himself here in the Hill Country..
