Detailed description is An autonomous non-profit organization working all throughout West Bengal dedicated to defending and protecting human rights.
CPDHR (WB) currently has almost 1000 members (both annual and life members) spread all throughout the state of West Bengal, India who are working effortlessly in defending & protecting human rights of its people.
Our main aim is the fight against human rights violations and also mass awareness about human rights.
Simultaneously, due to our vast reach in the districts; our other initiatives are global warming awareness, Education for All, etc among the economically backward areas.
Our research group gathers various information & facts about human rights violations, abuse / torture / atrocities by police, etc which are addressed and dealt with.
Our fight is long and unending but in the end it is fruitful.
So, come join us.

For membership, our preliminary requirement is donation of blood (for healthy persons) to any of your nearby/local blood bank/camp.
We at CPDHR, believe our work is not easy and that it should start with you, doing good to the society.
