Detailed description is Le collège Stanislas est un établissement privé catholique sous contrat d'association avec l'État fondé en 1804 par l'abbé Claude Liautard dans le quartier Notre-Dame-des-Champs à Paris.
Il est situé depuis 1847 au rue Notre-Dame-des-Champs 6e arrondissement de Paris de Paris.
Les entrées se trouvent aux 6 et 28 de la rue du Montparnasse, celle du 155 bis, rue de Rennes n'est plus utilisée.Les bâtiments sont compris dans le pâté de maisons que forment les rues citées, à l'exception du bâtiment de l'angle des rues du Montparnasse et Notre-Dame-des-Champs construit en 1988 par l'ISEP, et sont constitués de locaux anciens et modernes.
Ainsi, la colonnade Louis XVI de l'hôtel de Silène y côtoie des bâtiments des années 1960 de Jacques Barge ou plus récents .
Deux de ses portes ont été inscrites aux monuments historiques par arrêté du 22 février 1926, puis d'autres éléments de l'édifice ont été inscrits à leur tour par arrêté du 16 mars 1966.
