Detailed description is CBA Watts Located in Watts, this campus partners with Shields For Families to provide a high school diploma program for approximately 140 students (between the ages of 13 to 18).
Shields For Families is a $28 million nonprofit that provides wrap-around counseling, case management, housing, and employment services for the students.
This campus has 6 classroom spaces and an indoor gymnasium/theater, and is located within the “Mafundi Building,” a community center built after the 1965 civil unrest with the goal of providing neighborhood youth with education and artistic training.
