Located in the heart of the historical village of Coboconk, on the Gull River at the highest navigable fresh water summit in the world, this four bedroom, two bath room, vacation home is the perfect setting for your extended family vacation.
Coboconk is a resort type village with something for everyone.
Have breakfast next door, at The Gulls Nest, where Rosie cooks up her home fare.
After, Grandma and Grandpa can stroll around the village and stop at the bakery for coffee.
You can investigate the world’s smallest jail, and go over to the town park, with the kiddies, to build sand castles on the beach, or visit the library on rainy days.
The teenagers can sleep until noon, then down to the dock for a swim, walk over to the variety store for a scooped ice cream cone, or ride bikes around town, and down the road to Indian point Provincial Park for a hike.

Take your canoe or fishing boat to the municipal dock, (or rent one across the road at the marina) and go down the river to Indian Point Provincial Park to explore the inlets and the natural beauty or go all the way out to beautiful Balsam Lake.
