Detailed description is Coal Run Community Center is located in the City of Coal Run Village.
Coal Run Community Center opened in May 2015 to accommodate special events that is hosted by the community..

The Community Center is available to rent for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, showers, holiday gatherings and any other special events..

Reservations include the Community Center Great Room with kitchen access.
With a capacity of 123, the facility offers (twelve) 60" round tables, (one) 30" by 8ft long table, (three) 30" by 6ft long tables and 100 chairs.

A deposit is required to be paid prior to the event along with an event agreement.
The facility is rented out to those who paid the deposit first.
We will hold the community center for one week for anyone that calls to reserve it.
However, if the deposit has not been paid in that week, the date will become available again.

Deposit Fee:$50.00.
Rental Fee: 6 hours $50.00 All Day $100.00.

The 6 hour time slots are 9am - 3pm & 4pm - 10pm.
All day rental hours time slot is 9am - 10pm..

The deposit will be refunded the following week after the event as long as the facility is cleaned, tables are in the right position and there is no damage.
Deposits will be available for pick up at the Coal Run City Hall located inside the Community Center.

We will NOT accept reservations to be made on this page.

We DO NOT allow inflatables inside the community center.
However, they are allowed outside in the parking lot and in the city park.
We do charge an extra $25.00 for the use of an inflatable.

If you are planning to use the community center for a sales type party, you must have a business license from the Coal Run Village City Hall.
We have an Occupational License Fee Ordinance, which states anyone selling anything in the Coal Run Village area, must pay 1% of their net profit.
If you rent the community center for a sales type party, you must pay the $25 for your business license prior to the party and then the 1% net profit after the party.
