David has over 22 years experience in horticulture the majority of this in garden centers.
He graduated in 1998 from Kildalton College of horticulture in Piltown, Co.
Kilkenny with a higher diploma in commercial horticulture and a royal horticultural society certificate in general horticulture.
He then went to work for a time in the Channel Islands as a plant quality controller for a major young plant firm in the UK.
From here he returned to Galway and has worked in the garden centre business now for more than 16 years..
