Until moving to a larger location north of Rimrock Mall, our menu focused primarily on smoked ribs, chicken, beef roasts and pork roasts cooked over local apple wood.
Once relocated in 2006, a wood fired grill was added.
We then became the first restaurant in Montana to import mesquite wood from Texas.
Wood fired steaks and seafood were then added to the expanding menu.
