Nas Unidades CIC, a população tem acesso a serviços públicos gratuitos e pode participar ativamente de ações para o desenvolvimento local em seis pontos da capital paulista e nos municípios de Ferraz de Vasconcelos, Guarulhos, Francisco Morato, Campinas e Jundiaí..
