Fondé en 1951, notre vignoble s’étend dans la plaine de la Bekaa au Liban jusqu'à 1100 m d’altitude..
Dès le premier jour, la devise SEMPER ULTRA, qui signifie en latin ‘‘Toujours mieux, Toujours plus haut’’, a accompagné le développement et l’évolution de Château Kefraya.
L’histoire commence en 1946 lorsque Michel de Bustros, fondateur et PDG de Château Kefraya, entreprend l’édification d’un château au sommet d’un tell romain qui surplombe aujourd'hui le vignoble situé dans la commune de Kefraya, au cœur de la plaine de la Bekaa.
Les romains, bien avant nous, avaient découvert les vertus de ce terroir argilo-calcaire situé à 1100 mètres d’altitude, on ne peut plus propice à la plantation de vignes.
Fort de ce riche héritage, des cépages nobles y sont plantés et voués uniquement aux vins d'assemblage.
Ce terroir exceptionnel est préservé au quotidien par une viticulture durable et respectueuse de l’environnement.
