Detailed description is Established in 2011, Church Hill Produce grows pick your own strawberries, pre picked raspberries, broccoli & seasonal vegetables.
In Winter 2011, my husband and I started this business.
With very few grocers in the county, local produce is in high demand.
After talking with mentors and getting our neighbor to rent us a few acres, we ordered seeds, supplies and compiled data to start the business.

Our first plants were started under greenhouse lights in our own kitchen: We still start some of our plants in house today.
We have graduated from the use of 5 acres of our field to the total 8 acres, which include potato, strawberry, corn, black and raspberry, tomato and melon production, and much more.
This year (2013) we hope to pick our first blueberry and bramble berry crop, and it will be year 2 for U-pick strawberries.
