It has won virtually every known food award that exists, the owner, Tom Caulfield, is revered as a genius with not only BBQ but virtually every style and method of cooking.
When did we become famous you ask? Basically since day one…December 2002 Chubby’s Barbeque opened! Owner Tom Caulfield prides himself on creating great BBQ; and only serving the best of the best.
Not to list our entire menue but we have everything: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Ribs (both pork & beef), Chicken, Burgers, Chubby Potatoes, Corn Bread, Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese, Mash Taters, Fries (try the garlic ones), Chili, Baked Beans, and so much more.
Oh and for those of you…you know who you are…we do serve salads and various fish dishes.
