My name is Teniele, and I am a 19 year old yoga instructor in both adult Kundalini Yoga, and Radiant Child yoga, a Kundalini based children’s yoga.
I love teaching and find great joy watching the growth and expansion of my students, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Children’s yoga aims to focus young minds, energise, create calm and stillness, and keep fun alive while stretching and strengthening the body..
Parents are welcome to stay and watch quietly, limiting noise so as not to disturb the class, or you may go and enjoy a quiet hour, knowing your child is in a safe, judgement free, fun environment.

Movements and exercise performed in the class are designed to be safe for young bodies, following the natural flow of the muscles and bones.
The kids will be reminded often to only do as much as they are comfortably can, and no physical adjustments will be made to them, only verbal cues given.

Some games played within the class will involve me holding hands with some of the kids, but no other contact will be initiated by me.
If your child wishes to hug me before or after class, and this level of contact is acceptable to you, I am always open to hugs.
There will also be contact between children in some games, and again, if it is not acceptable for you you as parents, please let me know so I can alter the game.
No physical contact will be forced on the kids and if they are not comfortable in any situation, they may choose to sit and watch..
I hold a current police referenced Working With Children Check and there is at least one first aid trained personnel on site at all times..
