Detailed description is Worship and prayer center for all ages Children of Light (Rainbow Room) is a music and prayer ministry for adult/young adult disciples of Christ (Children of Light) and all who are seeking and all who are called by the Living God to gather in unity (though uniquely designed) to honor Christ Jesus through prayer and worship..

Rainbow Room is a place where we encourage our worship team to write and create songs of praise, worship and intersession to the Lord.
We also encourage our worship team to find the beauty in songs not necessarily categorized as "Christian music" however can still be redeemed for the kingdom (some songs may need a little tweaking to be honorable and acceptable in a praise and worship setting.) For instance, take the song "She's Got a Way" by Billy Joel.
Change She to He and it becomes a beautiful love song to the Lord.
(We do not encourage any one identified as a Christian to pursue music outside of what honors God.).

Through a series of dreams, signs and an unstoppable passion the Lord has placed in my heart and spirit a desire and the ability to pursue this ministry.
Through leaps and bounds or one step at a time we step to the edge of our own understanding and "Jump!" to trust His.
The Lord has used many different ways to get my attention over the years to pursue ministry.
Just one of the many recent ways is by teaching me a new way to worship and bless Him.
He did this by singing the song "Jump" by Van Halen to me in a dream.
Every word and every line in that song is applicable to what he has been saying to me.
The words of that song may be difficult for some to understand how they apply, but by His Spirit He gave me interpretation and an understanding that I would love to share sometime.

Rainbow Room is being created through much prayer, worship and thanksgiving to The Lord.
If His Spirit is not in it then we don't want it.

Children of Light (Rainbow Room) is a brand new ministry who is looking for musicians, worshipers, prayer warriors, artists, leaders and future leaders who are passionate about the Lord, love to pray and worship, but most importantly walks in the fruit of the spirit and has the character of the Living God in their daily life.

We are currently meeting in our home in Boyne City, MI but are actively pursuing a vacant church building in down town Boyne City.
We will eventually be looking for a drum set, and other sound equipment..

We will be meeting the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month beginning Sept.
2nd 2016.
Meeting time 7pm-9pm or whenever.
We welcome visitors to come and go freely at any time.
We only ask that you would be courteous and respectful to the mood and atmosphere in the room.
