After the initial shock of eliminating sugar and other refined foods from my diet, I began to feel better and started to heal my body.
I combined my new way of eating with some regular exercise and very quickly I was getting some outstanding results that even my doctors could not explain..

It was at this point that I realised that there were so many other people that could benefit eating clean, so I began making treats for my family and friends.....
and as it turned out, some of the treats became popular items, and before I knew it I was receiving orders! .

I am not a whiz in the kitchen, run a household or a Chef, I just like the challenge of turning an old fashioned "fat factory" sugar laden treat that we all grew up on into a Gluten, Dairy, Wheat, Sugar free treat that is easy on your gut and won't give you a sugar coma after you have eaten it..
