I have been in the Food Service Industry for close to twenty years.
Throughout my career I have always enjoyed training and wished it could be a larger part of what I do.
We moved out to Colorado in 2007 when I got a job at the Broadmoor.

In 2014 I started took charge of the Golden Bee.
I get to teach, still one of my cardinal aspirations, collaborate on the menu, and work with the seasonal international students who I truly enjoy getting to know.
