Detailed description is Chace Farm Forever.
The place we all go back to.
Gods country.
In 1697 the King of England issued a charter to the Mason family for this land.
The land remained in their possession until 1944 when Robert L Chace, Sr and Doris V Chace purchased the land to establish their dairy farm and raise their growing family.

Their only son, Robert Jr and his mother, Doris, continued the farm operation after Robert Sr passed at age 45.
Their dairy business ended in 1991 with the sale of the dairy herd.
The farm has continued to be fully operational, Bob continued with his hay business, leased barns and land to Michaela Scanlon, owner of Windswept Farm, an equestrian center, and leased crop land to local farmers for vegetable production.
There are no changes planned for these operations..

In early January, Robert L Chace, Jr, age 68, passed from an aggressive form of liver cancer.
He was my very special partner and best friend of 20 years.
Before he left this beautiful place he entrusted in me to carry on the legacy of Chace Farm.
So with the help and support of his four devoted children, our extended families, and the generous support and love of so many wonderful friends, I believe we can successfully create a new chapter for this very unique place.

"Chace Farm Forever" is the name of our new business.
We are busy formulating ideas to create beautiful relaxed farm venue for functions, gatherings, and outside activities for those who love nature and open spaces..
.
Soon we will begin the much needed repairs on our historical hay barn, and a second old building that has been used as a milk room, a chicken coop, an office, and a repair shop.
These buildings are in critical need of new roofs and structural repairs..
.
We are very excited about this new chapter for the farm and hope to see family, old and new friends here very soon.
