Em 1994, as Educadoras Vanderleia Rodrigues Coelho e Dulcinéa Moraes Modenese iniciam as atividades do CENTRO EDUCACIONAL ESPAÇO LIVRE, atendendo a alunos de Educação infantil, tendo em vista as necessidades futuras da sociedade em que vão viver as novas gerações.

Em 1997, a pedido dos pais em dar continuidade aos estudos de seus filhos, o ESPAÇO LIVRE implantou o Ensino Fundamental (1º ao 5º Ano), com uma educação comprometida com o desenvolvimento da capacidade de pensar do aluno e com a promoção dos valores éticos para a vida numa democracia..
Em 2016, após alteração na estrutura societária, entra o sócio Vercely Pereira Vieira com a responsabilidade de estender o Ensino Fundamental até o 9º ano, abrir a turma de pré-IFES e implantar novo modelo de gestão.
