ADELMIR ROMUALDO DE OLIVEIRA (CEU) é um equipamento da Prefeitura de Juiz de Fora, sob gestão da OS ACAV compartilhada com a Fundação Cultural Alfredo Ferreira Lage (FUNALFA), cujo escopo é a realização de atividades nas áreas de arte, esporte, lazer, cultura e cidadania.
O CEU é parte de um programa nacional, tendo sido construído mediante convênio entre a Prefeitura de Juiz de Fora – PJF e Governo Federal.
