The purpose for the Outdoor Club is to provide opportunities and get people interested in the outdoors; to educate our members in outdoor and conservation skills that will stay with them long after the excursions have ended; to share the beauty of the natural world around us and to feel the satisfaction that comes after outdoor activities in the great Pacific Northwest..

Tentative Planned Activities: Meet every two weeks to plan activities and share skills and ideas.
We will try to have one outing a month during each quarter.
The outings may consist of pleasure activities where members can share skills such as: fishing, clamming, oystering, hiking, skiing, camping, white water rafting, kayaking/canoeing, bicycling, climbing, berry or mushroom gathering.
The outings can also provide community service such as: trail restoration, tree planting, charity walks, or salmon steward volunteering..
