Detailed description is Our mission is to provide our customers the highest-quality food items with the best service at the most economical prices we can and to provide an experience that will create a frequent, loyal customer..
It all started in 1983 when the first Cecil Whittaker’s opened in South County.
A small restaurant with a small menu offering dine-in, carry-out and delivery.
We saw the demand for a new choice in “St.
Louis Style” pizza and quickly opened stores in North County, St.
Charles, West County and St.
Louis city.
We originally served only pizza and salad, but customers wanted more, so we added pastas, sandwiches and appetizers to the menu.
During the 1990’s, we grew as a chain and increased our number of units.
Today, we have 25 locations to serve you in the greater St Louis area.
Chain wide we have 15 different franchise owners representing 22 locations with 3 corporate owned units.
We anticipate opening several new locations over the next few years in the metro area along with some out state units.
