Detailed description is Taekwondo with cross-training in Judo and exposure to Kyusho Jitsu and Western Boxing.
This is a Chang Hon Patterns (ITF style) Taekwondo club that cross-trains in Judo/Yudo, and Western Boxing.
There are three classes: Thursdays at Upper Marlboro Community Center, Saturday mornings at Temple Hills Community Center, and Saturday afternoons at Harmony Hall Regional Center.

CLASSES COST from $20 to $50 for PG RESIDENTS, $24 to $60 for NON-RESIDENTS, for a period of 8 WEEKS.
