الحملة المدنية للإصلاح الانتخابي هي تحالف واسع لجمعيات المجتمع المدني انطلق عام 2006 قبيل صدور مسودة القانون الانتخابي المقترحة من قبل الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات برئاسة الوزير السابق فؤاد بطرس، وهي اليوم تضم اكثر من 88 جمعية مدنية منتشرة على جميع الاراضي اللبنانية تسعى وتدعو الى اصلاح الانظمة الانتخابية لاسيما النيابية والبلدية منها.

اهداف الحملة:.
منذ تأسيسها تسعى الحملة الى اعتماد عدد من الاصلاحات التي تتناسب والمعايير الدولية لديمقراطية الانتخابات وهي:.
1.
هيئة مستقلّة لادارة وتنظيم الانتخابات.
2.
تنظيم الإنفاق الانتخابي.
3.
تنظيم الإعلام والإعلان الانتخابيين.
4.
خفض سن الاقتراع من 21 إلى 18 سنة.
5.
إقتراع اللبنانيين غير المقيمين على الأراضي اللبنانية (في الانتخابات النيابية).
6.
تشجيع ترشح النساء عبر إدخال الكوتا النسائية في لوائح الترشيح.
7.
تطبيق الإصلاحات اللازمة لتسهيل اقتراع الناخبين ذوي الاحتياجات الاضافية .
8.
التمثيل النسبي.
9.
اعتماد قسائم الاقتراع الرسمية المعدّة سلفاً من قبل الجهة المنظمة للانتخابات .
10.
إعطاء حقّ الاقتراع للعسكريين .
