Cawongla Community Centre is a lovely old building with heritage values, located in the heart of Cawongla village.
In the past it has been used for all sorts of community events including art exhibitions, trivia nights, music and dance evenings, along with classes, meetings, private functions and small business..

The Community Centre is run by a volunteer management committee, currently the same committee that runs the Cawongla Playhouse next door.
Right now we are doing some refurbishing and looking at ways to rekindle life and interest in the Centre.
We want to see it return to its rightful role as a hub for community connection..
