Detailed description is La Catedral de San Pablo es una catedral católica ubicada en la ciudad de Mdina, en Malta.
Está construida en lugar donde el gobernador Publio fue acusado de haberse reunido con San Pablo tras el naufragio de éste en la costa maltesa.HistoriaDiseñado por el arquitecto Lorenzo Gafa, fue construida entre 1697 y 1702 para reemplazar una catedral normanda destruida en 1693 a consecuencia de un fuerte terremoto que afectó a todo el sur de Italia a las islas maltesas.
A pesar de esto, muchos artefactos y edificios sobrevivieron, incluyendo las pinturas Mattia Preti que representan la Conversión de San Pablo, otra del siglo XV que representa a la Virgen y el Niño, y algunos frescos en el ábside que ilustra en naufragio de Pablo.
