Detailed description is This page is for my Dog Training business centered in Brownsville, MN.
For the next 4 years services will be extended to the River Falls, Wi area as well.
I am a freshmen studying Animal Science at UW-River Falls.
I'd like to continue the business that I started in my home town.
I do in home dog training and dog walking.
I will not say that I am a professional trainer, because I'm not.
However, I have a lot of experience, with a lot of success, and I am definitely educated.
I have volunteered as a training assistant at a service dog training organization, and volunteered as youth leader and trainer in my county's 4-H dog project.
I compete in agility, obedience, rally, and showmanship.
At home my toy poodle and I volunteer as a therapy dog team visiting our local nursing home.
I am an R+ force free trainer.
I do not use prong collars, choke chains, or e-collars.
I will not take on a dog that I know I can not help.
That doesn't mean it can't be trained, just that I am not trained enough to help you.
I do not do aggression, I also cannot guarantee success with barking problems.
However I can help with new puppy problems, hyperactivity, pulling on the leash, basic obedience, some cute tricks, and an overall happier dog and owner.
Because I am not a professional certified dog trainer the price for my services is considerably lower than most in home training services.
Depending on your location we may have to meet elsewhere though.
My only form of transportation is a bike, so my travel area is rather limited.
If we had to meet at a park or elsewhere there would be a $5 deduction in price.
I may also do a few group classes this fall with enough interest.
