Our leases are also individual leases and include electricity, water, and 24/7 pool with grills, cyber lounge, fitness center, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, car wash area, tanning bed, dog park, and billiards room.
We are located on 250 Epps Bridge Pkwy right next to shopping, restaurants, and much more! Don’t have a vehicle? No problem! We offer our residents a FREE private shuttle bus that runs Monday thru Friday to UGA, Athens Tech, and Gainesville campuses as well as going to Wal-Mart and Trader Joes Monday and Thursday and downtown Athens Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights! Now that is service! .
