Der Clan wurde im Oktober 2010 von xiSkiLLeD_KaIZeR & SplattaB2K gegründet.
Zu dieser Zeit wurde das Spiel Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, kurz MW2, gespielt.
Das Projekt unter dem Clantag [GCC] hatte am Anfang noch keine großen Ziele und war lediglich einer Art Fun- Team.
Es wurde nur in öffentlichen Lobbys gespielt.
Dort bemerkte man relativ schnell, dass spielerisch mehr aus dem Team herauszuholen ist.
Durch den Beitritt von dem heutigen Leader des Clans, DingoDee, kam es dazu, dass die ersten Planungen gemacht wurden, die ersten Funwars gespielt wurden und es schließlich zum Beitritt der Playstationliga, kurz PSL, kam.
Dort wurde zunächst unter dem Namen "Peculiar Gaming" (Clantag: PG) gespielt.
Da die damaligen Member von PG keine Black Ops 1 Fans waren, wurde weiterhin MW2 gespielt.

Im November 2011 erschien der Nachfolger von MW2 unter dem Namen "Modern Warfare 3".
Bis Mitte der Saison war der Clan auch dort sehr aktiv, sodass aufgrund von zahlreichen Anfrangen im Februar 2012 ein zweiter Squad gegründet wurde, der dieses Projekt vergrößerte.
Nur einen Monat später sind leider die beiden Leader DingoDee und xiSkiLLeD_KaIZeR aus privaten Gründen inaktiv geworden und der Clan war führungslos.
Der zweite Squad war jedoch weiterhin unter der Leitung von xiiBunny aktiv.

Nach einer 6-monatigen Pause entschlossen sich DingoDee und xiSkiLLeD_KaIZeR zu einer Neugründung mit einem anderen Namen.
Die alten Team Member wurden angeschrieben und schlossen sich den beiden Leadern wieder an! Der Clan [CoR] Camp oR RuN wurde gegründet und der frühere 1.
Squad spielte ab diesem Zeitpunkt unter dem Namen [ R.
] - ReSurReCtiOnZ ..
Seit Call of Duty Black Ops 2 waren beide Teams von Camp oR RuN mit dem Clantag [CoR] unterwegs und trugen die Namen "CoR_ReSurReCtiOnZ" und "CoR_ReMarKabLe".
Mit diesen beiden Squads ging es auch in den nächsten CoD-Teil, "Call of Duty: Ghosts".
Alles lief nach Plan auf der Playstation 3, doch dann kam das Release der Playstation 4 und unsere Teams mussten gesplittet werden.
Dies sorgte nach einiger Zeit für interne Probleme zwischen einzelnen Leute, was im Februar 2014 zu einer zwischen zeitlichen Schließung des Teams führte.
Es dauerte knapp ein Jahr bis einige CoRler begriffen haben, dass es für sie einfach keinen anderen Clan, als Camp oR RuN geben kann.
Deshalb wurde beschlossen das Team unter der Leitung von Royalz_R und GaBb3r_R wieder ins Leben zu rufen und die Erfolgsgeschichte fortzusetzen.
Seitdem ist Camp oR RuN in Call of Duty Advanced Warfare auf der Playstation 4 vertreten und wird alles daran setzen wieder an alte Zeiten anzuknüpfen.
