Over a six month period residents will have help securing permanent accommodation, training programs, apprenticeships and learn 'real life' living skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and cleaning.

-Break down unhelpful fears and negative ideas of employment amongst homeless people, through building relationships with local employers and to highlight employment opportunities .
