Das Anwesen in der Mittenwalder Straße ist seit dem 19.
Jahrhundert in Besitz der Familie Holzer.
Das erste Haus, eine Schmiede, mit der Hausnummer 34 brannte im Jahre 1914 nieder.
Noch im selben Jahr wurde ein neues Haus errichtet, von dem Teile noch heute bestehen..

Im Jahr 1928 eröffneten Karl und Elise Holzer ein Café im schon bestehenden Bauernhof..
Zwei der sechs Kinder, Richard und Ludwig Holzer, führten den Betrieb fort, bis sie im Jahre 1939 an die Front mussten und nicht mehr zurück kehrten..

Im Jahre 1948 übernahm der jüngste Sohn Martin Holzer mit seiner Frau Rosa das Café und erweiterte dieses mit dem bis dahin landschaftlich genutzten Teil des Hauses..

Weitergeführt wurde das Café vom älteren der beiden Söhne Martin und Robert.
Martin und seine Frau Irmgard, beide Konditormeister, führten und moderniserten den Betrieb weiter..

Seit 2002 leiten nun wir, die beiden Brüder Martin und Florian Holzer, den Betrieb.
Tatkräftig unterstützt werden wir von unserer Schwester Claudia, die für den Service verantwortlich ist..
In dieser Zeit konnten wir schon einige Pläne in die Tat umsetzten, wie z.
