*法國米其林三星餐廳"Le Pré Catalan"實習.
*法國巴黎名店"La pâtisserie des rêves "實習.
*比利時巧克力名店"馬哥尼尼"甜點師.
*台灣"好丘"Bagle專賣店麵包.
預約制:開放前兩個禮拜，盡量三天前預約.
1~營業時間14:00~19:00(最晚17:00進場).
每星期一,二店休(星期二如有營業會另行告知)(假日順延).
(如有異動會另行公告).
2~甜點無法先預訂已當天現場為主.
3~假日連續國定假日不開放六人以上及團體訂位(無併桌服務).
客滿狀態下不開放臨時加人加椅子,併桌,輪流坐,旁邊坐等等.
4~可以外帶,但甜點離開冷藏需30分內食用完畢,預約客人如較.
多外帶要耐心稍等(外帶數量也許會有限量的可能).
5~低消一人一項飲品(三歲以上需低消).
6~無限至用餐時間.
