im Familienunternehmen aktiv.
Unter seiner Führung wurde im Jahr 2006 die komplette Pfaffenhofener Backstube mit Laden neu gestaltet.
Als Besonderheit wurde ein Holzofen im Laden integriert.
Schon seit 1980 wurde der Betrieb auf Bio-Produkte umgestellt.
Auf der eigenen Stein-Getreidemühle wird das Getreide täglich zu frischem Vollkornmehl gemahlen.
Das frische Vollkornmehl ist zusammen mit dem betriebseigenen Natursauerteig in traditioneller Handwerkskunst und anderen natürlichen Zutaten die Grundlage für alle Produkte..
