Detailed description is Saturday, Jan 18, 2013, in the new Schrott Center for the Arts.
Guests include Joseph Robinson (oboe) and Oleksiy Zakharov and Kelly Swensson (bsn).
Free! Butler University Double Reed Day is open to oboists and bassoonists of all ages and levels as well as their parents, teachers, and friends.
Featured guests will include Roger Roe, English Horn/Assistant Principal of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and Lecolion Washington, Bassoon Professor at the University of Memphis.
A highlight of the day will be the final concert with all attendees performing in massed oboe, bassoon, and combined double reed ensembles..
