Revolving Loan Fund – The RC&D Council has loaned over $400,000 to 15 borrowers, with 45-50 jobs created, expanded or saved.
Loans are made at 4% interest, and 1 job per $15,000 loaned.
The RC&D would welcome donations specific to helping us grow our fund for business development..

Ohio Mineland Partnership – The RC&D provides administrative support and financial management for this organization.
