Detailed description is The number one physical therapy clinic at the Lake of the Ozarks since 2001 Although Rodney Brownell did not open Brownell Physical Therapy & Fitness Center until 2000, he came on the scene in 1985 as a running back for the Camdenton Lakers, helping them win State Championships in 1986 & 1987.
He began providing outpatient physical therapy here at the Lake of the Ozarks in 1996, but returned to the sidelines in 1998 to report injuries for KRMS radio.
In 1999, Brownell became the team rehab therapist and since August 2000, he has provided the sports medicine needs of many Laker sports and activities.
Brownell is proud to be serving in his 12th season on the Laker sidelines.
Rodney is a Camdenton High School graduate (‘88) with Bachelors degrees in Exercise Science from Truman State (‘93) and Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia (’96).
Rodney and Suzanne, his wife of 20 years, have 4 sons: Anthony, Henry and twins Avery & Harrison.

Brownell Physical Therapy & Fitness Center opened in November 2000 at the Stone Castle Centre one-half mile west of the square in Camdenton.
The clinic boasts a large gymnasium with four private treatment rooms and a locker room.
The clinic is bright and cheery, all the way down to the purple and gold color scheme making Laker players and fans feel right at home.
